Editing your Google Business Profile is straightforward once you have verified ownership. Go to business.google.com and sign in. If you manage multiple locations, select the specific location you want to edit from your list.
Click “Edit profile” to update your core business information: name, category, description, phone number, website, and address. Click “Edit hours” to update your operating hours, including special hours for holidays. Use the Photos section to add or remove images. The Reviews section shows all your reviews and lets you respond to them.
For multi-location brands managing dozens or hundreds of dealer listings, editing each listing individually is not practical at scale. Google provides bulk editing through Business Profile Manager, where you can download a spreadsheet of all your locations, make changes, and re-upload to apply updates across the network. Third-party GBP management tools also enable bulk edits and can push consistent information across all listings simultaneously.
One important note: Google and third parties can suggest edits to your listing based on user input or data sources. These suggested edits can sometimes go live without your approval. Monitoring your listings regularly and setting up alerts for changes is important to catch incorrect information before it affects customers.
