What does not change regardless of negotiation.

Accountability tracking is mandatory

The accountability loop cannot be removed from any deployment. Detection without enforcement is just reporting, and reporting is not what Locus Intelligence is for.

Escalation logic is configurable but non-removable

SLA windows, hierarchy levels, and escalation thresholds are all configurable to your org structure. The escalation mechanism itself cannot be switched off.

Health framework remains standardised

The 0–100 accountability score methodology is standardised across all deployments. Custom scoring methodologies are not available, consistency of measurement is the governance foundation.

Who this pricing is structured for

Enterprise home improvement brands in India with 75 to 200 dealer locations.

Locus Intelligence pricing is not per-feature or per-user. It is structured around network scale: the number of dealer locations under governance, because that is the unit that drives operational risk and value. The diagnostic pilot is designed to be an easy commercial decision for a CMO or COO. Enterprise rollout pricing is designed for brands where dealer network performance is a board-level accountability item.

Frequently asked questions

About Locus Intelligence pricing and commercial terms.

The pilot produces the internal evidence that makes a full rollout decision easy. A CMO or COO presenting a governance platform rollout to the board needs real data from their own network. Not a vendor's case study. The 30-day pilot generates that evidence: real leakage data, real accountability scores, real regional variance across your locations.

The base fee of ₹2L per month covers up to 75 dealer locations with full platform access: Risk Engine, Governance, Intelligence, Microsites, Task Planner, and Locus Intelligence Chat. Beyond 75 locations, the per-location fee is ₹600 per month. A 150-location brand pays ₹2.45L per month total.

Yes. Accountability tracking, the escalation loop, and the standardised health framework are non-negotiable in every deployment. Detection without enforcement is just reporting. SLA windows, hierarchy configuration, and escalation thresholds are fully configurable. The enforcement mechanism itself is not removable.

Yes. If the brand proceeds to enterprise rollout after the Day 30 pilot review, the ₹1L pilot fee is credited against the first rollout invoice. The pilot is not a sunk cost, it is the first payment toward the governance deployment.

Strategic account terms are available for brands with 200 or more dealer locations, discussed only after the diagnostic pilot review, where actual network complexity and governance requirements are established from real data. Strategic account pricing requires founder-level approval.

Questions on commercial terms?

Enterprise pricing, strategic account terms, and rollout scope are discussed as part of the diagnostic pilot review. Start with the pilot. Commercial discussion follows the data.

Frequently asked questions

About Locus pricing and the diagnostic pilot.

The pilot fee is not refundable, but it is fully adjustable against the first month of enterprise rollout if you proceed. The diagnostic pilot delivers real value regardless of rollout decision: a full GBP audit, health scores for 20 to 40 locations, a competition benchmark report, and an executive summary with quantified leakage estimates. If the pilot does not surface a governance gap worth addressing, you have saved the cost of a full enterprise deployment on a problem that may not exist at your scale.

For a brand with 150 locations, the monthly fee is the base governance fee of Rs. 2 lakh for the first 75 locations, plus Rs. 600 per location for the additional 75 locations beyond the base. That works out to Rs. 2 lakh plus Rs. 45,000, totalling Rs. 2.45 lakh per month. Annual commitment ACV is Rs. 29.4 lakh. The diagnostic pilot at Rs. 1 lakh is adjustable against the first month of rollout, making the effective first month Rs. 1.45 lakh for a 150-location brand.

Locus enterprise rollout is structured as an annual commitment with monthly billing. The minimum engagement is 12 months, which reflects the time required to deploy microsites, establish health score baselines, and demonstrate measurable improvement in governance KPIs. Brands that require shorter trial periods beyond the 30-day diagnostic pilot should discuss custom arrangements during the discovery call.
