For Enterprise

Built for the buyer who owns accountability. Not the one who tracks metrics.

Locus is a governance deployment, not a tool evaluation. It is bought by COOs and CMOs who need to enforce resolution across a multi-location network, and who have run out of patience with dashboards that report without acting.

Primary buyers

Two buyers. One shared problem.

CMO / VP Marketing

The brand investment problem.

You're spending on advertising that drives brand demand into your dealer network. You have no visibility into what happens to that demand once it reaches the dealer counter. Your sell-through data doesn't tell you how much brand demand you created vs how much converted to brand-aligned sales.

Dealer demand leakage detection
Call analytics and health signals expose where brand demand converts to competitor sales.
Revenue monitoring for marketing ROI
KPI gaps translated into anticipated revenue impact. Directional signal for executive reporting.
Microsite and location page governance
Brand-controlled location pages with SEO, bots, and GSC, ensuring consistent presence at every dealer location.
COO / VP Operations

The accountability enforcement problem.

You know performance varies across your dealer and franchise network. You know regional teams operate in silos. What you don't have is a system that detects operational risk early, enforces resolution through a structured loop, and creates a measurable accountability record that HQ can act on.

Risk Engine: Detect, Escalate, Enforce
Four-layer accountability loop from signal detection to confirmed resolution with timestamps.
Governance KPIs across every location
0–100 accountability score per location, city, region, org. Rolling 30-day. Benchmarked.
Escalation hierarchy configurable to your org
Non-removable escalation logic configured to your regional hierarchy. Auto-escalates on non-response.
Who qualifies

We qualify before we deploy. Always.

No demo without confirmed pain, decision-maker, and pilot scope. No pilot without a qualification conversation. This is not a procurement exercise: it is a governance deployment that requires executive sponsorship to work.

Book qualification call
75-200 locations
100+ preferred. Pilot scope is 20-40 representative locations.
Dealer-led or franchise distribution
Multi-brand dealer environments where leakage is highest.
Decision-maker engaged
CMO / VP Marketing or COO / VP Operations sponsorship required.
Escalation hierarchy in place
HQ -> Regional -> Location structure required for enforcement.
Fewer than 30 locations
Network scale required for pattern detection to produce meaningful signal.
Pure listing management requirement
If the brief is NAP consistency, Locus is not the right fit.

Frequently asked questions

About Locus for enterprise brands.

Enterprise deployment of Locus begins with the 30-day diagnostic pilot across 20 to 40 locations, which establishes baselines and validates the governance gap. Full rollout covers the entire dealer network with microsite deployment, GBP connection, escalation hierarchy configuration, and health score baselining. The typical enterprise onboarding timeline from pilot approval to full network live is 60 to 90 days. After go-live, the platform operates continuously with quarterly executive reviews and ongoing Locus team support for escalation tuning.

Locus does not require integration with existing enterprise systems to operate. The platform connects to Google Business Profile via the Business Profile API and operates as a standalone governance layer. For brands that want to push Locus signals into existing tools, the REST API and webhooks provide read access to all platform data and real-time event notifications. Integration with CRM, BI tools, or internal ticketing systems is optional and self-serve.
