Webhooks push real-time event data from Locus Intelligence to any configured endpoint when a defined event occurs: a new risk alert, an accountability score change, a task status update, an escalation trigger. For example, when a location drops to High risk classification, a webhook can push that event to your CRM to flag the account, to your operations platform to create a work order, or to a Slack channel to notify the regional head immediately. Events and endpoints are configurable.
Yes. The REST API v1 is designed for BI ingestion. Location health scores, KPI data, and risk classification can be pulled via API into Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or any BI tool that supports REST API data sources. For brands with existing executive dashboards, this means Locus Intelligence governance data can appear alongside sales, operations, and financial data in the same reporting environment without requiring stakeholders to log into a separate platform.
The API and Webhooks layer is available on the enterprise rollout. During the 30-day diagnostic pilot, all platform features are active, including the full Risk Engine, Governance layer, Intelligence layer, and Microsites, but API and webhook configuration is scoped to the rollout phase when the full network is deployed and stable data pipelines are appropriate. API documentation is shared during the pilot review as part of the rollout proposal.
The Locus Intelligence API uses enterprise-grade authentication, with API key with IP whitelisting available for enterprise accounts. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Access is read-only in v1, meaning external systems can pull Locus Intelligence data but cannot write to or modify the governance platform via API. Write access and more granular permission scoping are on the API roadmap for v2.
